The ship arrived at a port town called Inzuppato within a country called Ritmo on a continent called Seconda Nota a few days later. Conduire, Encourager and Résonance all disembarked the vessel with their horses and they made their way over to a tavern. It took them about ten minutes to reach the building and the three of them got off their horses afterwards, then both Conduire and Résonance tied them to the hitching post.
'Let's get some lunch before carrying on.' Conduire suggested.
'Sounds great, I'm starving!' Encourager agreed.
A loud cheer came from inside the tavern as people were enjoying themselves, but the sudden noise made the three jump and they all looked at each other. Résonance smiled.
'Sounds like they're having fun.' Résonance said.
Conduire shook his head with a sense of relief and he smiled as well, the three of them then walked over to the doors to enter the building. The place was unusually packed and a male dwarf was at the centre of a crowd, playing on his drum with a good beat.
'I'm surprised that someone will be playing on a drum with what's going on.' Conduire questionned.
'An instrument is neither good or evil, it is the player's intention that is!' the dwarf stated.
The dwarf smiled as he looked over to Conduire, Encourager and Résonance and gestured to the space in front of him.
'Come, enjoy yourselves!' the dwarf invited.
'Sure!' Encourager accepted.
The three of them walked over to the dwarf to watch him play on his instrument and it wasn't long before a human waitress walked over to them to get their orders, where they all got something that was filling for them. Conduire's meal was more meat heavy, whilst both Encourager and Résonance's meals included vegetables. Half an hour passed and they all got their food, but during that time the dwarf had finished playing and he went back to his table with his instrument. Conduire was curious about the dwarf's intentions and he walked over to him with Encourager and Résonance, where he asked if they could join him and the dwarf was more than happy to allow them to. The three sat down at the table and the waitress brought their food over to them, they thanked her after and began eating.
'I'm curious, dwarf. What do you intend to do with that instrument of yours?' Conduire asked.
'Please, call me Grollen. And I intend to travel the world to reassure people that there is nothing to be afraid of about this instrument.' the dwarf answered.
The dwarf named Grollen held up his drum to show it to Conduire and he put it back down afterwards.
'Interesting... Where are you headed to next?' Conduire asked.
'The Tree Of Life, I'm just going there to pray for good luck on my journey! What about you three?' Grollen answered and asked.
'We're travelling the world also, but to recruit people to our cause of finding the source of the drumming that's been affecting the world as of late.' Conduire answered.
'That's a pretty big task... Say, would you join me at The Tree Of Life? We could wish for good luck there together!' Grollen offered.
Grollen looked between the three, where both Encourager and Résonance smiled and nodded at his offer. They then looked at Conduire and he nodded as well.
'Great! We'll go there once you've all had your lunch, I've already had mine before I started playing!' Grollen added.
The dwarf let out a hearty laugh and the three couldn't help but smile at his friendliness, Grollen also asked for their names and they introduced themselves to him. Another half an hour passed and the three finished their meals, Conduire then called the waitress over so that he could pay her and once that was done they all got up to make their way out of the building. They walked over to the hitching post after and both Conduire and Résonance released their horses from it.
'You got a horse, Grollen?' Conduire asked.
'I do not. After leaving home, I simply walked to the closest port and got on a boat from there to here!' Grollen answered.
'Fair enough, do you mind riding with someone?' Conduire asked.
'I don't! Who am I riding with?' Grollen answered and asked.
Conduire looked between the two women and they both shook their heads since they were already occupying one horse, Conduire nodded and offered Grollen to ride with him as he walked over to his horse. He got on after and held his hand out to him, the dwarf smiled and walked over to take his hand then pulled himself up onto the horse. Both women got on their horse as well and together they rode off towards their next destination. A few hours later, they reached a city called Albero and it was the capital of a country called Natura.
As they made their way towards the town centre, they noticed a crowd of nature elves were blocking the street and a group of three dark elves were the cause of the commotion. One of them appeared to be around the same age as Conduire and they were male, whilst the other two appeared to be around the same age as Encourager and they were a male and a female.
'What the heck is going on here...?' Grollen questionned.
'Let us through and there doesn't need to be any violence!' the older dark elf threatened.
'You're a dark elf! You don't belong here!' one of the citizens told him.
'Tsch... Don't say I didn't warn you!' the older dark elf rebuked.
The older dark elf raised his hand and created a ball of water to appear in front of him, he then pointed his hand at the crowd in an attempt to disperse them and shot the ball of water at them. A shield of light appeared in front of the crowd to protect them and the ball of water dispersed itself on it, but the crowd instinctively moved out of the way and the older dark elf lowered his hand back down. The dark elves all turned around to look at who was responsible and they saw Conduire with his hand outstretched.
'Tsch... And who might you be?' the older dark elf asked.
'I am Conduire, a Conductor. That attack wasn't necessary now, was it?' Conduire introduced himself as he lowered his hand back down and asked.
'A Conductor, huh? Are you here to deliver divine punishment on me?' the older dark elf asked.
'Only if you continue to be aggressive.' Conduire answered.
'Tsch... The spell I used was merely to part the crowd, it wasn't meant to harm.' the older dark elf explained.
The shield of light was removed and the two younger dark elves looked back at it, they then looked at the older dark elf.
'Dissonanz.' the younger dark elf male called.
The older dark elf named Dissonanz chuffed as he smiled.
'Now, if you'll excuse us, we have places to be.' Dissonanz excused.
Dissonanz mockingly bowed his head to Conduire and his group before he and his own group turned around to resume making their way to wherever they were going, but before they could make any progress a group of nature elf guards on horseback approached the scene.
'Ugh, more trouble...' Dissonanz complained.
'What's going on here?' the leader of the guards asked.
One of the citizens approached the guards and pointed at the dark elves.
'Sir, it's the dark elves. They're here.' the citizen told him.
The guard glared at the citizen.
'And? They're more than welcome here.' the leader of the guards told him.
The citizen was left speechless as the guard defended the dark elves and he lowered his hand back down, the guard then looked around at the rest of the crowd.
'All of you, get on with your day. Unless you want to be arrested for obstructing the street?' the leader of the guards ordered.
The crowd started to disperse and the citizen looked at everyone else, he sighed and got on with the rest of his day as well. The leader of the guards looked over to Dissonanz and his group, then bowed his head to them.
'My apologies, you're free to go but please don't cause anymore trouble.' the leader of the guards apologised and cautioned.
'Tsch... We will try our best, thanks.' Dissonanz said.
Dissonanz and his group again resumed making their way to their destination and the leader of the guards looked over to Conduire and his group.
'Carry on.' the leader of the guards told them.
The guards turned around and went back to their duties.
'Well, that was interesting.' Grollen commented on.
'It certainly was...' Conduire agreed.
They resumed making their way towards The Tree Of Life, and another hour passed before they were at the other side of Albero. The leader of the guards from earlier was waiting for them and he approached them.
'Halt!' the leader of the guards ordered.
'Are we in trouble, officer?' Conduire asked.
'Not at all! You're a Conductor, aren't you?' the leader of the guards asked.
'That I am. Do you need help with something?' Conduire answered and asked.
'Yes, there has been reports of a disturbance at our royal tomb. I would like you to investigate what that is and put a stop to it before it desecrates the dead there.' the leader of the guards requested.
'Are we allowed in there?' Conduire asked.
'Of course! It is at my and our current King's request after all.' the leader of the guards reassured him.
'Alright, we will see what we can do.' Conduire accepted.
'One of my guards will lead you to the royal tomb, but whatever you do; Please be mindful!' the leader of the guards advised.
'Of course, officer.' Conduire acknowledged.
'Thank you, you will have our utmost gratitude.' the leader of the guards said.
The leader of the guards turned to look at one of his guards.
'Guidare.' the leader of the guards called.
The female guard named Guidare ran over to him and saluted.
'Yes, sir?' Guidare asked.
'Escort these four to the royal tomb, they're here to help stop the disturbance.' the leader of the guards instructed.
Guidare saluted him again.
'Yes, sir!' Guidare exclaimed.
Guidare ran over to her horse and climbed on after, then looked over to Conduire and his group.
'Follow me.' Guidare instructed.
Guidare turned her horse around and made a noise to get it running, with both Conduire and Résonance doing the same to follow her. It took them about fifteen minutes to reach the tomb and Guidare approached the other nature elf guards who stood watch outside.
'What's this, Guidare?' the guard on the left asked.
'Captain Giustizia has requested their help with the disturbance.' Guidare answered.
'About damn time, there's been weird noises coming from inside and it's putting us on edge!' the guard on the right complained.
'What... kind of noises?' Conduire asked.
'Groaning and shuffling, like the dead themselves are restless with the whole drumming thing going on!' the guard on the right explained.
Encourager shivered at the thought.
'That's no good... We must put them at ease.' Résonance said.
'That would mean we may have to kick their butts to do so! Are you okay with that?' Grollen added.
'If that is the only way...' the guard on the left pondered aloud.
'Whatever's walking around in there is no longer who they were when they were living, so go ahead. I'll open the doors for you.' the guard on the right told them.
The guard on the left looked over to the guard on the right and raised an eyebrow at his words, the guard on the right reached for his keys and took them off of his belt. He then walked over to the doors and inserted the key inside before he turned it to unlock them. He pushed the doors open and they made a loud creak before the torches inside turned themselves on, a waft of cold air blew past them and the noises became more audible.
'This is going to give me nightmares tonight...' Encourager complained.
'You and me both, Encourager.' Résonance added.
'Let's go.' Conduire said.
'I'll close the doors once you're in and you can leave your horses out here, there's a post nearby.' the guard on the right told them.
The four of them got off their horses and both Conduire and Résonance walked over to the hitching post to tie them to it.
'I will be back in the morning to check, I'll also let Captain Giustizia know beforehand.' Guidare told them.
The four nodded to her and Guidare turned her horse around to make her way back to the city, they then entered the tomb and once they were inside the guard closed the doors behind them.
'Here we are, inside a tomb with the walking dead...' Encourager continued to complain.
'And if we're not careful, we'll be joining them!' Grollen warned.
'Thanks for that, Grollen.' Encourager sighed.
'Let's keep our wits about us so that doesn't happen.' Conduire advised.
Conduire looked between Encourager, Grollen and Résonance and they all nodded, they then walked down the corridor towards the doors at the other end where they could hear the groaning and shuffling even more.
'They're on the other side, aren't they...?' Encourager asked.
Conduire walked over to the doors to place his ear on it and listened for a moment.
'It would seem so.' Conduire answered.
'Great...' Encourager muttered under her breath.
Encourager sighed again and Conduire looked over to her.
'Are you going to be okay?' Conduire asked.
'As my mother always said, it's better to face your fears head-on than not.' Encourager answered.
Conduire smiled and he nodded.
'If it gets too much for you, you can hang back here.' Conduire told her.
Encourager nodded.
'Thank you.' Encourager said.
Conduire looked back to the doors and pushed them open, they also made a loud creak and once they were open the group can see three undead in the room. The undead all turned to look at the four and twitched as they readied themselves, Conduire then drew his conductor stick and entered into his fighting stance. Grollen also readied himself with his drum and both Encourager and Résonance entered into their fighting stances as well.
The undead all moved closer to the group and the one in front prepared an attack, it sucked in air and spat what looked like acid at Conduire. Conduire jumped back to dodge the attack and the other three moved out of the way, the acid landed on the floor after and started to burn it. Grollen started playing on his drum and he got a good beat going, whilst both Encourager and Résonance decided on what to do.
The undead in front roared at the group and the other two did the same, they then ran into the corridor so that they could attack the group better. Conduire charged at the one in front of him and slashed at it with his conductor stick, the undead he hit groaned from the attack and its body twitched. Encourager had an idea on what to do and she started glowing, she closed her eyes after.
'Listen to my words, we must steel ourselves. Let my voice reach you, it is the will of the light elves!' Encourager chanted.
The glow around Encourager's body shot up towards the ceiling and dispersed itself among the four afterwards, they then glowed for a moment before the light faded within them and Encourager reopened her eyes. The three felt like they could take a few more hits than usual and they thanked Encourager, who smiled and nodded to them. Résonance decided on what to do and she began singing.
'Have a load of this!' Grollen exclaimed.
Grollen started to play on his drum faster and this sent shockwaves towards the undead that was in front of him, it caused it to wobble and the undead knelt down afterwards. Résonance finished singing and it looked like she had something in her mouth, she then opened it and let out a breath of fire that travelled across the room and hit all three undead. The undead that were in front of both Conduire and Grollen fell to the floor and disintegrated after, the other three looked over at Résonance with their eyes wide.
'My goodness, lass! I know you didn't have something spicy for lunch!' Grollen questionned.
Résonance smiled.
'My special talent.~' Résonance answered.
The undead that was in front of Résonance regained its composure from the attack but it remained on fire, it charged at her and swiped at her with its hand. Résonance was hit by the attack and she yelped a bit, with the fire continuing to damage the undead and it suddenly crumbled to the floor as it disintegrated. The flames died out by themselves and the battle was won, the group then came out of their fighting stances and breathed a sigh of relief. Conduire looked over to Résonance.
'Are you alright?' Conduire asked.
Résonance nodded.
'Yes, I'm fine.' Résonance answered.
Conduire nodded as well and he looked between the three.
'Let's go.' Conduire said.
The other three nodded and the four of them walked over to the doors to enter the next room, which was circular in shape. There were three other doors and they all lead north, east and west. The group looked between them to decide.
'Hmm... Which one first?' Grollen asked.
'Let's try the top one before going to the others.' Conduire suggested.
'Alright!' Grollen agreed.
Conduire walked over to the doors opposite and he placed his hands on them, he then tried to push them open but they wouldn't budge.
'No good?' Grollen asked.
Conduire tried again and he shook his head.
'Nah, it won't move.' Conduire answered.
'One of these other rooms must have something to open it.' Encourager assumed.
'Let's try the one on the right first before going to the one on the left.' Résonance suggested.
The other three nodded and Conduire walked over to the one on the east, which had a handle on it instead. He placed his hand on it to open the door and it did, it didn't creak as bad as the past two doors and behind it was a small rectangular room.
'What's in there?' Grollen asked.
Conduire entered the room so that the other three could enter as well, but there wasn't enough space so both Encourager and Grollen stood by the door. There was a large statue in the room and a small barrier was in front of it, with a sign that read 'Do not touch' on the stand below.
'I guess not this room.' Conduire stated.
The other three moved back out into the circular room and Conduire followed, Grollen turned around to walk over to the opposite door and it had a handle as well. He placed his hand on it to open the door and it did, which led to a bigger rectangular room inside. The four entered the room and they all saw three coffins on both sides.
'This... doesn't look good.' Résonance expressed.
'I sure hope they don't wake while we're here.' Conduire added.
Encourager walked over to Résonance and held onto her arm, Résonance looked at her and she shook her head.
'Let's see if we can't find anything in here to open that door!' Grollen said.
The other three nodded and they all investigated the room for anything suspicious, Encourager then noticed something inset into the wall beside one of the coffins at the top of the room.
'I think I've found something.' Encourager alerted.
Conduire looked over to her and walked over to look, he then saw that it was a button.
'Ah, may I?' Conduire offered.
Conduire looked back at Encourager and she nodded, Conduire nodded also and he reached into the inset to press the button. Nothing happened at first but then a loud click was heard across the room.
'Sounds like that did something!' Grollen stated.
'Let's head back into the main area.' Conduire said.
The other three nodded and the four of them made their way back to the circular room, where once they were inside it looked like nothing had changed. Conduire thought for a moment and he walked over to the doors at the top to try and push them open again, they did and Grollen cheered. However, the celebration was short-lived as there were two undead in the corridor behind the doors and they turned to look at the group.
'Prepare yourselves, we got trouble!' Conduire told them.
The other three nodded and Conduire drew his conductor stick, Grollen also readied himself with his drum and they all entered into their fighting stances. The undead that was closest to them let out a roar and the other one did the same, but they remained where they were and Conduire's group entered into the corridor.
The undead in front sucked in air and spat acid at Conduire, who raised his arm across his head to protect it and some of it landed on his armour. It burned the metal but it wasn't too bad. Grollen started playing on his drum, with both Encourager and Résonance deciding on what to do. Conduire charged at the undead in front of him and slashed at it with his conductor stick, it groaned and twitched after.
The undead in the back charged at Conduire and swiped at him with its hand, Conduire was hit by the attack and he yelped a bit. Grollen was about to attack but found that he was unable to since Conduire was in the way.
'You'll need to move, Conduire!' Grollen told him.
'Right!' Conduire acknowledged.
Conduire moved to the side and Grollen started to play faster, this sent shockwaves to the undead that was closest to them and it wobbled. It knelt down afterwards and Encourager began to sway side-to-side, she also glowed and closed her eyes. Résonance started to sing and it was the same song from earlier.
'Listen to my words, you are strong! Let my voice reach you, she is never wrong!' Encourager chanted.

Résonance finished singing and she let out a breath of fire at the undead, the one that was closest to them was hit by the attack and it fell backwards before disintegrating. The one behind it was hit as well and it also fell backwards but it didn't disintegrate, the flames however remained on it.
Conduire charged at the undead and dug his conductor stick down onto it, it groaned from the attack and its body lurched upwards slightly before disintegrating. The battle was won and the group came out of their fighting stances afterwards.
'They seem to be getting slightly stronger!' Grollen stated.
'So are we.' Conduire added.
The other three nodded at that statement and they walked over to the doors at the end of the room, a pungant smell made itself known and the four of them covered their noses with their hand/arm.
'Ugh, that is awful!' Grollen exclaimed.
'Whatever is buried in there must've been rotting pretty badly...' Conduire assumed.
'At least we haven't eaten dinner yet...' Encourager added.
'If it gets too bad, I think I may have something to clear it.' Résonance offered.
The other three nodded and Conduire walked over to the doors to push them open, they made a loud creak and once they were open the pungant smell was very strong. The four of them almost vomited from it but they managed to contain themselves.
Résonance turned around so that she could concentrate and began singing, this time the tune was different. Once she was done, she turned around and let out a breath of air that was able to clear the smell. The other three lowered their arms back down and breathed a sigh of relief, they thanked Résonance after who nodded.
'Who dares enter our tomb and disturb us?' a male voice cried out.
The voice seemed to speak directly into the four's mind and they glanced around.
'I am Conduire, a Conductor. I am also a human that is accompanied by a dwarf named Grollen, as well as two light elves named Encourager and Résonance. We were tasked with putting a stop to a reported disturbance in this tomb, but to our surprise we've found the dead walking!' Conduire introduced and explained.
'We were awoken from our slumber by a powerful drumming that's been happening recently, and I can't help but notice that one of you carries a drum?' the male voice asked.
'I can assure you that I come in peace! And my drum is not that powerful!' Grollen reassured him.
'Come! Let me see you!' the male voice ordered.
The four of them looked at each other and they all entered the next room, which was in the shape of a large square and there were three coffins at the top. There were also three undead waiting for them, two of which looked like the others but wore slightly different clothing whilst the middle one was bigger and floating in the air.
'Ah, I can tell by your auras that you are good people but we will test your strength! Come, steel yourselves!' the floating undead ordered.
The two undead that were on either side of the floating one roared and their body twitched as they readied themselves for battle, Conduire's group then entered into their fighting stances as well as both Conduire and Grollen drew their weapons. The undead also waited for the group to take the initiative.
Grollen started playing on his drum and the other three decided on what to do, where Conduire managed to do so a moment later and he charged at the undead on the left. He slashed at it with his conductor stick, and the undead groaned from the attack whilst its body twitched. The floating undead began to glow and after a moment, Conduire's group glowed as well and the light faded within them but it seemed to do nothing.
Encourager decided on what to do and she glowed as well, she then closed her eyes and used the chant from earlier that allowed the group to feel like they could take a few more hits than usual. The glow shot up towards the ceiling and it dispersed itself among the four, where the other three also glowed for a moment before the light faded within them. They thanked Encourager after, and she reopened her eyes to nod to them.
'Take this!' Grollen exclaimed.
Grollen aimed his drum at the undead on the right and he started to play faster, this sent shockwaves to it and the undead wobbled a bit but it remained standing. The undead that Conduire attacked swiped at him with its hand and he jumped back to avoid the attack, but he wasn't expecting a second one as the undead rushed towards him and swiped again. Conduire was hit this time and he grunted.
Résonance decided on what to do and she began singing the tune that allowed her to breathe fire, the floating undead flew over to Encourager and swiped at her with its hand. Encourager's eyes widened and she was frozen in place due to her fear, she was then hit by the attack and she yelped before crouching down to wrap her arms around her head.
Résonance finished singing and she let out the breath of fire at the undead on the right, it groaned from the attack and the flames lingered on it after. Résonance ran over to Encourager and placed her hand on her shoulder.
'Encourager...?' Résonance asked.
Encourager looked up at Résonance and she looked like she was about to cry.
'Are you going to be okay?' Résonance asked.
Encourager looked down at the floor for a moment before she looked back up at Résonance, she nodded and stood back up to re-enter into her fighting stance.
'Let's get this over with so that I can go cry in the corner!' Encourager exclaimed.
Conduire had an idea and he looked at the other three.
'I've got an idea that may work.' Conduire began.
The other three looked over to Conduire, and the undead on the right rushed over to Résonance to swipe at her with its hand. Résonance was aware of its attack and she jumped to the side to dodge the attack, Encourager moved out of the way as well.
'Follow my lead!' Conduire instructed.
The other three nodded and the undead on the right crumbled to the floor from the flames, it also disintegrated after and Conduire jumped back to regain some distance between himself and the undead he attacked. He then entered into a pose as he raised his conductor stick and began waving it around with a smooth motion.
Grollen felt the urge to play again, whilst Encourager swayed side-to-side and Résonance began to sing. Conduire pointed his conductor stick at Grollen as he continued to wave it around and the dwarf began to play faster, this sent shockwaves to the undead on the left and it wobbled uncontrollably before it crumbled to the floor and disintegrated.
Conduire pointed his conductor stick at Encourager and she used the chant from earlier that allowed the group to feel stronger, she closed her eyes and the glow shot up towards the ceiling. It dispersed itself among the four and they all glowed for a moment before the light faded within them, Encourager reopened her eyes and Conduire nodded.
The floating undead glowed again and a moment later, Conduire's group glowed as well and the light left them to travel back to the floating undead. The group noticed they felt tired from it after.
'I think it drained us with that one!' Grollen stated.
The other three nodded and Conduire pointed his conductor stick at Résonance, who finished singing and she let out a breath of fire again at the floating undead. Surprisingly, the flames didn't linger on it but it groaned from the attack. Conduire finished conducting and he was amazed it was still going.
'This one is definitely stronger than the ones we've fought so far!' Conduire acknowledged.
The floating undead flew over to Conduire and swiped at him with its hand, Conduire was hit by the attack and he grunted. He knelt down after and breathed a bit heavier.
'Conduire!' Grollen called.
Grollen started to play on his drum and while it seemed to be the same beat as before, it had a different effect. He also glowed and once he finished playing, the glow shot up towards the ceiling and dispersed itself among the four. They all glowed for a moment after and the light faded within them, restoring some of their health. Conduire breathed a sigh of relief and he stood back up.
'Thanks, Grollen.' Conduire said.
'You're welcome!' Grollen said.
Conduire had an idea on what to do and he began waving his conductor stick around again with a smooth motion, an ethereal choir began to sing and the other three looked around to try and see where it was coming from. Conduire then pointed his conductor stick at the floating undead and a column of light came down from the ceiling, the floating undead looked up at it and it tried to move out of the way but found that it was unable to escape. A blast of light shot down afterwards and the floating undead roared in pain, it exploded afterwards and the pieces disintegrated. The battle was won and the group came out of their fighting stances.
'Phew, that was a tough one...' Grollen stated.
The four of them panted and Encourager walked over to Résonance, who looked at her and knew what she needed. She opened her arms and Encourager hugged her tightly as she cried, Résonance smiled and she stroked her hair to try and calm her down.
Conduire looked between the others to try and assess them for any injuries, but a bright light caught his attention and it appeared in front of the three coffins. The spirits of three nature elves materialised and two of them looked like royal guards, whilst the middle one looked like a king. Conduire felt the urge to bow down and he did, with the other three looking at him and doing the same.
'You may rise.' the King told them.
The four of them did so.
'Thank you for releasing us from our vessels, you have our utmost gratitude. I would also like to apologise for my royal guards attacking you on sight, we are unable to control our bodies.' the King explained.
'It's not a problem, but I hope it isn't impolite to ask who you are?' Conduire asked.
'Ah, forgive me. I am the first King of Natura, my name is Coltivare.' the King introduced himself.
Conduire reintroduced himself and his group, and the first King of Natura named Coltivare nodded. Conduire also told them that it was Captain Giustizia who made the request and the King acknowledged the nature elf's position.
'Here, something for your troubles. And do let Captain Giustizia know that the disturbance has been resolved.' Coltivare said.
A small glow appeared in front of Coltivare and it materialised into a gold medal, it then hovered over to Conduire and he took a hold of it afterwards. He bowed his head to him and the other three did so as well, Coltivare nodded and waved his hand to dismiss them.
'You are free to go, give my regards to the guards outside that they are doing a good job.' Coltivare instructed.
'Of course, my lord.' Conduire said.
Both the King and his royal guards disappeared and Conduire's group looked between each other.
'Let's get out of here and get some food! I'm starving!' Grollen stated.
The other three nodded and they all made their way back to the entrance, where once they have reached the doors Conduire walked over to them to knock on one with the side of his fist.
'You all alive in there?' one of the guards asked.
'We are!' Grollen answered.
'Alright, I'll open the doors for you!' the guard told them.
The doors began to open and they made a loud creak like before, then once they were open the guards were relieved to see Conduire's group but they noticed they had a rough time inside.
'Geez, you all look like crap!' the guard on the right exclaimed.
'Was everything alright?' the guard on the left asked.
Conduire nodded and the group explained what happened inside, the guards were amazed that they spoke to the spirit of the first King and were a bit jealous. Conduire also remembered to thank them on the King's behalf and the guards were grateful for that acknowledgement, the group then made their way over to their horses and both Conduire and Résonance released them from the hitching post. The guards told them they had fed the horses and will let Guidare know once she returns. The four of them nodded and they said their goodbyes before making their way back to the city.
About twenty minutes later, the group arrived at a tavern and they all got off their horses. Both Conduire and Résonance then walked over to the hitching post to tie their horses to it and after doing so, the four of them walked over to the doors to open them and enter the building.
Once inside, the group saw that it was generally empty as most people went home for the day. They walked over to a table and sat down, where a nature elf waiter walked over to them to get their orders. Both Conduire and Grollen asked for more meat heavy meals, whilst both Encourager and Résonance wanted to include vegetables. The waiter nodded and went to the kitchen to get their orders ready. Half an hour went by and they all got their food, they thanked the waiter after and began eating. They also talked about the day's events and once they were done, they were all in bed an hour later.
